We build what others can't.

Arclight builds and embeds AI agents and software that take routine work off your team. A frontier AI partner headquartered in London, working with companies worldwide.

Headquartered in London

Your company, at the frontier of AI.

For companies that want to lead with AI, not follow. Every system is custom-built around your data, your tools and your people, then handed over with the training your team needs to run it.

  1. AI Agents

Custom agents that work your sales, support, operations and research. Built on your data, wired into your tools, live in production within weeks.

  2. Automation

End-to-end automation across your stack. Work that used to take a team now runs on its own, with people in the loop where it matters.

  3. AI apps and SaaS

AI-native products for your customers or your teams. Models, data, billing, roles and deployment, all in the first release.

  4. AI strategy

A clear roadmap for where AI fits, and training that turns every team into a frontier AI team.

Built and shipped in weeks.

From first workshop to production in weeks, not quarters. Nothing ships until it works on your real data, and nothing wraps up until your team can run it themselves. In between, you see progress every week.

  1. Discovery

We map your workflows and pick the highest-value AI use cases before we build.

  2. Build

Built with your team, with a working demo every single week.

  3. Launch

Shipped to production with monitoring, security and full documentation.

  4. Training

Your people learn to run, extend and trust the AI.

Working with Nualt Studio was a pleasure. We trusted the studio with building our Maison Kameur ecommerce store, and it was the best decision we made. The studio didn’t just handle the technical side of our site. It also guided us on our visual identity and the site’s content, and on setting up our internal and external tools. It was there at every stage of our project. Listening, creativity and expertise are just a few of Nualt Studio’s strengths. Thank you so much.

L’Essence d’Être

Make your team frontier-ready.

Tools only matter when people use them. Our programs train every team, from the boardroom to engineering, to build and work with AI every day.

Questions to ask before you start

Bringing AI into a company raises real questions about cost, data and control. Here are straight answers.

01

Ownership and control

Do we own what you build for us?

Yes. The code, prompts and agents go into accounts in your name, and you get full access to everything. You keep the use and ownership of it after the project ends.

What if we want to change providers later?

You keep everything. The code, prompts and documentation are yours, on widely used technology, so another team or your own engineers can take it over. Nothing depends on Arclight.

Which AI models and platforms do you build on?

The best one for the job. We work across frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and open models you can run yourself. Agents are built so the model can be swapped as better ones arrive, and nothing locks you into a single vendor.

Where is our data hosted, and who can see it?

Wherever you need it: your cloud, your own servers, or a region of your choice in the UK, the UAE or the US. Models can run inside your own infrastructure, so sensitive data never leaves it. Access is scoped and logged.

02

Project and process

How long does it take to put an AI agent into production?

Between two weeks and three months, depending on scope. A single focused agent sits at the low end of that range, a multi-agent system wired into several tools closer to the top. The timeline is set during discovery.

What happens in the discovery phase?

Discovery maps your workflows, picks the highest-value use cases and sets the scope, schedule and price in writing before any build begins.

How do we follow progress during the build?

A working version is updated every week. You test what's been built on real data and give feedback as we go.

Will our team be able to run it themselves?

Yes. Every project ends with hands-on training, so your team can run, adjust and extend the AI. For technical teams, it also covers deployment and changes to the code.

03

Pricing

How much does a custom AI agent or automation cost?

The price depends on the scope, the number of systems we connect to and the data involved. It is fixed at the end of discovery and only changes if the scope changes at your request.

What does it cost to run the AI once it's live?

Usually a few hundred pounds a month or less, depending on volume and the models used. Running costs are estimated before we build and paid directly to the providers.

Do we need a support contract after launch?

It's your call. Many clients keep us on to monitor and improve their agents each month. Others run everything in-house after training. Both work well.

Should we buy an off-the-shelf AI tool or build custom?

Off-the-shelf tools suit many teams, especially early on. Custom becomes worthwhile when your edge lives in your data and workflows, or when generic tools can't do the work you need. Discovery settles it, and we'll tell you if you don't need us.

04

Technology

Can you work with the tools and data we already have?

Yes. We plug into your CRM, ERP, inbox, docs and data warehouse, so the AI works inside the tools your team already uses.

Can the AI run on our own infrastructure?

Yes. Open models can run on your servers or in a private cloud, so sensitive data never leaves your network. The setup is chosen during discovery.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use enterprise agreements and private deployments, so your data is never used to train anyone else's models.

Tell us what you want to automate.
